ooden barrels are produced  only from ”Zemplén” oak trees in Hungary. These kind of trees have become especially suitable for barrels.

 he Wood highly influence the oxidative aging and positively affects  the flavor and color of the wine.

D

uring the burning proces we use only wooden waste from cuttings.

Burning types:
Light

180 – 200 ºC / 30 min.

Discoloration:  0- 3 mm

Medium

200 – 220 ºC / 30 min.

Discoloration: 3-5 mm

Medium +

200 – 220 ºC / 30 min.

Discoloration: 3-6 mm

Heavy

280 – 300 ºC / 30 min.

Discoloration: 5-9  mm

Hybrid

280 – 300 ºC / 10 min.

180 – 200 ºC / 30 min.

Discoloration: 3-8  mm
